Transport optimization

As freight and logistics consultants, we work closely with our customers to optimize their transport economy. It is an ongoing process where different freight analyzes and product flow analyzes provide the basis for various profitability projects that are analyzed and monitored.

Through our freight analyzes we check current transport patterns to potentially improve profitability and optimize transports. This is illustrated by simulations as for example:

Stock / cross docking – gravity analyze
Product flow and cost analyzes
Internal capacity versus outsourcing
Change of contract terms, Inco terms etcetera
Customized changes, such as new markets, new products or new outsourcing
