OUR PURPOSE AND BASIS OF PROCESSING
Personal information, which is mainly name, e-mail and telephone number, is collected in order to be able to communicate with potential, existing and former customers and to send out newsletters.
Processing of personal data will comply with the Personal Data Act / Personal Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means use of personal data, such as collection, registration, compilation, storage and disclosure or a combination of such uses.
WHAT IS PROCESSED AND HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect some personal data voluntarily, i.e. the user leaves personal data so that we can order products and services. We are obliged to collect and store some personal data in accordance with current regulations. (e.g. accounting documents are required by law in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act). We collect personal data mainly via the contact form on the website, e-mail, telephone, text message and messages via social media. Other forms of communication may also occur.
Note that the processing of personal data in relation to specific services and products may be regulated in separate agreements that are made available on the specific product pages. From time to time we also conduct user and customer surveys to gain a better understanding of the needs of our customers. We will endeavor to tell you about how we use the information.

DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?
Some sharing of personal data is necessary (some also mandatory) in order to operate our business. These will typically be IT suppliers (e.g. web hosting, e-mail, software and cloud-based services), accounting/auditing, consultancy and statutory reporting to authorities.

SECURING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take security seriously and safeguard personal data in the best possible way so that unauthorized persons do not gain access or have the opportunity to change and influence the personal data. We only use recognized IT suppliers and software.
ACCESS AND CORRECTION
According to Section 18 of the Personal Information Act, you have a right to access the information that has been registered. Access can be obtained by sending a written inquiry to Software & Logistic Solutions Nordic AB. If the registered information is not correct or if it is incomplete, you can demand that it be corrected in accordance with Section 27 of the Personal Data Act.
STORAGE AND DELETION
According to Section 28 of the Personal Data Act, information that is no longer necessary based on the purpose for which it was stored must be deleted. Software & Logistic Solutions Nordic AB stores personal data about customers in accordance with the current Norwegian/European legislation.
You can at any time demand the deletion of all personal information we have about you, with the exception of information we are required or obliged to keep in line with current regulations, e.g. the Bookkeeping Act.
